1: What is FNIX6 ?
FNIX6 (French National Internet Exchange IPv6) is an IPv6 Internet Exchange.

2: Why FNIX6 services are free ?
FNIX6 has been created to help IPv6 developement and network optimization in France. With no charge members can easily exchange traffic natively and optimize their network performances.

3: Does FNIX6 provide hosting services ?
FNIX6 don't provide hosting services

4: Does FNIX6 allow transit ?
FNIX6 allow no charged transit.

5: Who owns and operates FNIX6 ?
FNIX6 is currently operated by Novso. FNIX6 may be in the the futur an independant non-profit organization.

6: When was FNIX6 created ?
FNIX6 was created in 2002, launched in 8th october 2002 and started carrying traffic in 1st november 2002.

7: Who are FNIX6 members ?
Most members are ISP, ASP or telecom operators, a full and up to date list is available here.

9: Who can join FNIX6 ?
Every organization with a valid ASN (Autonomous System Number) can join FNIX6.

10: How does an organization apply to join FNIX6 ?
The organization must fill the joining form and follow all steeps.

11: Is FNIX6 really free of charge ?
FNIX6 services are really free and without hidden charge.

12: Can i sell services to others members using FNIX6 ?
No, you can't sell services to other members using FNIX6.
